Fast, secure, and responsible delivery

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to most locations within Australia, subject to state and territory liquor licensing laws, including the NSW Liquor Act 2007. Due to liquor licensing restrictions, we cannot deliver to:

  • Dry zones and alcohol-free areas (as designated under state and territory laws)
  • Remote communities with alcohol restrictions
  • Post office boxes or parcel lockers (signature and ID verification required)
  • International addresses (Australia only)
  • NSW restricted areas as defined under the NSW Liquor Act 2007

We will notify you prior to dispatch if your delivery address falls within a restricted zone. All orders are for wine cases, not individual bottles.

Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders placed during a monthly drop are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight. All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Age Verification at Delivery

Important: Signature Required

As required by Australian law, all alcohol deliveries require a signature from a person 18 years or older. The delivery driver will request valid photographic identification to verify age before handing over your order.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Australian driver's license
  • Australian or international passport
  • Proof of Age card
  • Australian photo card ID

Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive your delivery:

  • The courier will leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details
  • Most couriers will make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • After failed attempts, your order may be returned to us

Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive and sign for your delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates via SMS or email
  • Estimated delivery date and time window

You can track your order using the tracking number provided with your preferred courier's website or app.

Packaging and Handling

Every case is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

  • Premium protective packaging materials
  • Secure cushioning to prevent breakage
  • Discreet, unmarked outer packaging
  • Temperature-controlled handling where possible

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Do not discard the packaging or damaged items
  2. Take clear photographs of the damage and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Provide your order number and photographic evidence

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for any damaged items. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays or peak periods
  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

We will contact you if we anticipate any significant delays to your delivery.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or returned due to:

  • No one available to accept delivery after multiple attempts
  • Recipient unable to provide valid ID
  • Suspected intoxication of recipient
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

You will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery requests, and these will be communicated before reshipment.

Holiday and Peak Period Delivery

During peak periods (Christmas, New Year, etc.), delivery timeframes may be extended. We recommend:

  • Placing orders well in advance of special occasions
  • Checking our website for peak period cut-off dates
  • Allowing extra time for processing and delivery
