1. Age Verification
By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Thirsti Pty Ltd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any person who supplies false information regarding their age will be refused service and may be subject to legal action.

Online packaged liquor sales operate under standard NSW trading hours. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
3. Monthly Drop System
Thirsti operates a curated monthly drop system. We release at least one wine case drop per month. Each case is available for purchase for a limited time (24 hours) on a specified date. Once the drop period ends or stock is exhausted, the product is no longer available. All sales are final during the drop period, and availability is first-come, first-served. All purchases are by the case, not individual bottles.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. Thirsti reserves the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is available within Australia only, subject to state and territory liquor licensing laws, including the NSW Liquor Act 2007. We cannot deliver to dry zones, restricted areas, or locations where alcohol delivery is prohibited by law. Delivery times vary by location. A signature from a person 18 years or older is required upon delivery, and valid photographic identification must be presented. If no one is available to receive the delivery, you will be notified to arrange an alternative delivery time. Thirsti is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of alcohol sales and licensing requirements under Australian Consumer Law and NSW liquor regulations, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged products. If you receive a damaged case, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Thirsti is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to verify age, suspected intoxication, or concerns about the intended use of the alcohol. We support and promote responsible drinking practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
Thirsti Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms
Thirsti reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the NSW Liquor Act 2007 and associated regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
